What this Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how NewCars.org treats information which personally identifies you ("personal information") that NewCars.org collects and receives. Your personal information may also be forwarded by NewCars.org, the dealer, or a trusted business partner to Experian Information Solutions, Inc., or another trusted data analysis service provider, for the purpose of verifying buyer purchase activity and reporting aggregate vehicle transaction data (excluding your personal information) to NewCars.org, the dealer, and/or a trusted business partner. All information provided on this site is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

We use a technology called AJAX for certain purposes. AJAX allows our system to send and receive data to your browser without requiring you to leave a particular web page. For example, AJAX allows us to load vehicle data and photos with minimal interruption to you. Should you begin the process of requesting a free price quote for a new car, we may use AJAX in part to fulfill your request if all of the information was typed in the form, but the final form was never posted. We do this under the assumption that some type of connection error occurred, and to better serve our customers. If you receive an unwanted price quote, please notify the replying auto network or dealer that you do not want the price quote information.

Advertisements appear on pages throughout the NewCars.org Website. Some advertisements may request personal information directly from you or take you to Websites that may request your personal information. NewCars.org has no control over its advertisers' privacy policies, so please examine the privacy policy of any company advertising on the NewCars.org Website prior to submitting any personal information.
