Upon introduction, the 2.5 X is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter, H4, 173-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 27-mpg on the highway. The 2.5 XT Limited is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter, H4, 224-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 19-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway.
