Upon introduction, the ML350 is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 268-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. The ML63 AMG is equipped with a standard 6.2-liter, V8, 503-horsepower engine that achieves 11-mpg in the city and 14-mpg on the highway. A 7-Speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
