The 2009 FX35 is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the RWD and the AWD.
Upon introduction, the RWD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 303-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway. The AWD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 303-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 21-mpg on the highway. A 7-Speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
