The 2008 HHR Panel is a 2-door, 2-passenger sport-utility, available in 3 trims, ranging from the LS to the LT2.
Upon introduction, the LS is equipped with a standard 2.2-liter, I4, 149-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 30-mpg on the highway. The LT2 is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter, I4, 172-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway. A 5-Speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims, and a 4-Speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional.
